Research project: insurance brokers and digital transformation
A digital transformation is sweeping through the UK’s economy. Sectors such as retail and entertainment are seeing profound changes that are radically changing the way consumers and business interact.
In the past the UK’s insurance sector has been slow to embrace change. Sometimes this is caused by the suppliers to the sector being unresponsive, other times by the players not being able or willing to change.
This research project is intended to uncover the current position and attitudes to digital transformation within the UK’s insurance broking community. It’s being conducted via a combination of market research, surveys and interviews. The results will be released into the public domain in mid-September.
