Bit of a clanger from the HMRC. Setting all Brexit related arguments to one side, the government department promoted a tweet with information about customs declarations after the UK leaves the EU. Only problem …

The guidance was withdrawn before the promotion took place.

Needless to say, this was not well received.

If you’re going to pay to promote a tweet at least make sure the links work.
